健乳灵方治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效观察和护理

摘　　要：[目的]观察健乳灵方治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效,并探讨其护理。[方法]将1 386例乳腺增生病人随机分为对照组和观察组各693例。对照组给予中药内服,观察组给予中药内服的同时加用健乳灵方,并实施情志护理、心理干预、饮食指导。[结果]观察组、对照组总有效率分别为96.2%、68.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]健乳灵方治疗乳腺增生,配合有效的护理,能改善病人的临床症状,提高疗效,促进病人康复。Objectives To observe the clinical effect of Jianruling preseription to cure Mammary gland hyperplasia and probe into the nursing. Methods： A total of 1386 cases of patients with mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 693 cases in each. The control group cases was given oral administration with Chinese Herbs, besides that,the observation group cases added to Jianruling preseription and the emotional care, psychological intervention and dietary guidance. Results： The total effective rate was respective 68. 1% and 96.2% in control group and observation group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion.Jianruling prescription for treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia,matching the effective care can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, improve curative effect, and promote patient rehabilitation
