摘　　要：设计的自动高压测试仪 ,以 16位微处理机为核心 ,以 IGBT为逆变器件 ,采用了智能输出调节技术 ,测试电压反应快、精度高、波形失真小。由于在电路和软件程序中设置保护功能 ,仪器运行可靠。自动高压测试仪功能完备、分析能力强、操作简便。A device to test high voltage of appliance automatically is designed. The 16 bit microprocessor is used as the controlling unit, and the electical power component IGBT as the switch unit. The output smart control technique is adopted to achieve quick response, high precsion and low fidelity lacking. Because of the protection in both circuit and software, the device runs reliably. The device has the advantages of strong functions, high ability of analysis and easily operating.
