摘 要:在低压电机驱动控制系统中,通常采用过调制方式来提高直流电压利用率,进而扩展电机运行范围。为揭示电机驱动控制算法中过调制区内空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modu lation,SVPWM)和载波脉宽调制(carrier-base PWM,CBPWM)算法的内在联系,该文首先分析基于叠加原理的SVPWM过调制算法;然后根据脉宽调制的规则采样法,分别推导出了过调制I段和II段与SVPWM等效的CBPWM调制函数形式;最后给出随着调制度变化相应的等效调制函数的变化规律。理论研究表明:在线性调制区和过调制区内SVPWM都是一种特殊形式的CBPWM算法。仿真和实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和有效性。For low voltage level motor drive applications,in order to enhance the utilization rate of dc voltages and to extend the operating boundary of induction motors,the modulation index is often extended to the over-modulation.Firstly,a space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) algorithm in the over-modulation region based on the superposition principle is analyzed.Secondly,the equivalent carrier-based modulated functions of SVPWM in the over-modulation mode I and II are derived respectively,which are on the basis of the rules of carrier-based pulse width modulation(CBPWM) regular sampling.Finally,the changing rules of the equivalent carrier-based modulated functions are summarized with the modulation index changing.Theoretical analysis shows that SVPWM is a special type of CBPWM algorithms in the linear modulation region and the over-modulation region.The validity and effectiveness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experimental results.
