摘  要:传统的利用LCR表测量开关电源中变压器原、副边绕组间结构电容参数的方法不能有效反映线圈绕组电位分布以及屏蔽层对共模噪声传输的影响。根据电磁场理论详细分析了变压器原、副边绕组间电场耦合的深层机制,进而采用了一种利用频谱分析仪、网络分析仪或EMI接收机等二端口测量仪器的评估方法。。该方法有效考虑了变压器线圈绕组的电位分布、绕组结构方式和屏蔽层铜箔的影响。最后通过实验验证了该方法的有效性和可行性,从而为变压器的电磁兼容特性研究以及批量生产中变压器的共模电磁兼容特性质量控制提供了一种简单有效的评估和测试方法。The electric coupling between the primary and secondary windings of the transformer is usually evaluated by the capacitance between the primary and secondary windings with LCR meter.This method cannot effectively consider the shielding copper foil effect and the electrical potential distribution along the winding turns in the transformer in characterizing the EMI(electro-magnetic interference) behaviors of the transformer on common-mode noise.In this paper,the coupling was analyzed according to the electromagnetic theory.Based on the analysis,a new evaluation method was adopted by two-port equipment,such as spectrum analyzer,network analyzer and EMI receiver,which can consider the effects of shielding foil and potential distribution along winding turns on common-mode(CM) noise.Finally,the experimental results verify the method to be correct and feasible.The method provides an effective test tool to optimize the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) design of the transformer and to control the quality of the transformer in mass production with its CM EMI behaviors.
