摘  要:综述了复杂性度量在生理及工程中的应用 ,指出了在应用中存在的问题 ,提出了改进方法 ,对一些常见混沌时序进行了分析 ,可望解释在心率变异信号 (HRV)分析中发现的动态分形维与复杂度不一致的问题。对仿真 EEG信号进行了分析 ,说明采用多手段结合可以更好地利用复杂性度量反映序列的动力学性质。The applications of complexity measure in physiology and engineering are summarized. The common problems in the application are pointed out, namely when a time series is turned into [0,1] symbol series the average is always got and compared with each point. This method has seriously shortcoming, and already affected the result of the complexity measure and analysis in the practice. For example it was found that in the analysis of heart rate variability (HRV), the results of the complexity and fractal dimension analysis are different. This paper puts forward the improved idea that the complexity analysis on time series must be combined with several extractive techniques. Several chaotic time series and simulation EEG signal are analyzed. The idea may achieve important applications in physiological and engineering signal analysis.
