摘 要:发射车悬垂弹射过程中初容室自适应底座与场坪之间传递弹射载荷时产生较大的附加载荷,附加载荷作为发射平台重要的初始设计参数,会引起发射筒、底盘车架等结构受力的变化。利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立底座的有限元模型,重点解决自适应底座超弹性材料的本构关系、大位移、接触问题等非线性问题;通过与试验数据的对比分析,验证仿真结果的有效性,并给出发射平台弹射时附加载荷的预示,为发射平台总体及关键结构设计提供载荷依据。During the launching process of missile launching platform, it would bring additional load when the load impress from the adapting gas establishing chamber of canister to the ground. As an important design parameter, the additional load would bring load changing of some structures such as canister and chassis. Based on finite element software ABAQUS, this paper established the finite element model of adapting base. The nonlinear problems such as hyper elastic property, large displacement and contact were well solved. By comparing with the experiment data, validity of simulation was proved, and the forecast of additional load during launching process was shown. Study in this paper supplied forecast of load for missile launching platform system design and some key structures design.
