摘　　要：随着血液净化技术的飞速发展,新型吸附材料的不断开发,以及临床治疗的迫切需要,免疫吸附技术日趋完善,其临床应用范围也不断扩大。目前,免疫吸附在各系统自身免疫性疾病、多种难治性疾病和危急重症,特别在重症感染性疾病和多器官功能障碍综合征的治疗中发挥了重要作用。Summary：Along with the rapid development of blood purification technique, the developing new adsorbing materials and the urgent need for clinical treatment ,immunoadsorption technique has been gradually improved hence the increasingly ex- panding cfinical application. At present, immunoadsorption has exerted major effects on treatment of autoimmune diseases and various complicated critical illness, especially severe infectious diseases and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome （MODS） ,gradually showing sophisticated glamour in iatreusiology.
