摘 要:在92℃下,以过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂、丙烯酸(AA)为单体对C5石油树脂进行接枝共聚改性研究。由红外光谱、特性黏数和GPC数据可以得出:丙烯酸接枝到C5石油树脂的基体上。经丙烯酸接枝共聚改性后,C5石油树脂的分子量大幅度提高,分子量分布明显变窄,特性黏数也增加,丙烯酸在C5石油树脂上的接枝率较高。通过设计正交试验,探讨了引发剂的量、单体的量和反应时间3个因素对接枝率的影响。丙烯酸用量(C5石油树脂为100份基准)小于2份时,接枝率随着丙烯酸用量的增加而增加;大于2份时,接枝率降低。产物的接枝率随BPO用量的增加而增大。反应时间小于4 h时,接枝率随着反应时间的增加而增加,大于4 h时,接枝率稍有降低。当丙烯酸用量为2份,过氧化二苯甲酰用量为0.3份,反应时间为4 h时,产物的接枝率最高。At 92℃ , the benzoyl peroxide (BPO) was used as initiator and acrylic acid (AA) was used as monomer for the C5 petroleum resin on the graft modification. Through analyzing the data from infrared spectroscopy,intrinsic viscosity and GPC,acrylic acid was grafted onto the C5 petrileum resin substrate. After modification,the molecular weight of C5 petroleum resin increased significantly, molecular weight distribution became narrower and the intrinsic viscosity increased as well. The grafting rate of acrylic acid on C5 petroleum resin was high. By designing orthogonal experiment,the influence of the amount of initiator,monomer amount and the reaction time on the grafting yield was analyzed. The grafting yield was increased with the increase of the amount of benzoyl peroxide,and decreased with the increase of acrylic acid and reaction time. When acrylic acid content was less than 2phr,the grafting rate increased with the increase of the amount acrylic acid;when more than 2phr, the grafting rate decreased. When reaction time was less than 4 h,the grafting rate increased with the increase of reaction time; when more than 4 h,the grafting rate decreased slightly. When the acrylic acid was 2phr, the amount of benzoyl peroxide was 0.3phr and reaction time was 4 h,the grafting rate was highest.
