摘　　要：目的分析药物不良反应的特点、规律及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析临床药物不良反应的情况。结果 200例不良反应中老年人和儿童明显多于青年人,抗菌药物和中药注射剂引发的居多,较多累及皮肤黏膜及神经系统,大多数为轻度。结论药物不良反应在临床仍普遍存在,应加强合理用药监管,以避免或减少药物不良反应的发生,保障临床用药安全。Objective To analysis the characterlstics,rules and the related factors of adverse drug re- actions （ADR） occurred in our hospital in order to improve the rational drug use in clinic. Methods Retro- spective Analysis on ADR conditions. Results Most of ADRs were caused by anti-infective drugs and tradition- al chinese medicine injection,involving skin mucosa and nervous system, most is slightly, children and old peo- ple more than young. Conclusion ADR is ubiquity in clinic, we should strengthing supervision to Prevent or Reduce ADR and ensure medination safety in clinic.
