摘　　要：目前医院中普遍采用的Ｘ光胶片处理方法存在着效率较低、成本较高、不易保存等问题，这可利用计算机和数据库技术来解决。按照模块化的设计思想提出了一个通用的医学图象管理系统结构，根据实际背景开发出一个实例系统（ＴＨ－ＭＩＭＳ）并已投入使用。Currently X-ray film process is popular in many hospitals but there are several shortcomings in this kind of process, such as low efficiency, high cost, and storage difficulty. In this article we Propose a general architecture of a medical image management system using modularization design method, and implement a practical example (TH-MIMS) which is applied in a hospital.
