高原研究型医院科技创新体系改革初探

摘　　要：本文阐述了创建研究型医院的目的、意义,并从学科建设与特色优势学科培育,打造出高端科研平台;同时通过建立临床与科研反馈机制,完善科研奖惩机制与科研合作机制,促进科研成果转化等方面概述了完善科技创新体系的举措。The objective and signification were discussed to construct the research-oriented hospital of plateau.Then the measures to perfect the research-oriented system were proposed as through the discipline construction and cultivation to establish high-tech research platform;through the establishment of the feedback mechanism between clinic and science research,improving the mechanism of rewards and punishments,consummating scientific research cooperation mechanism,to promote the scientific research outcomes transform and so on.
