摘　　要：目的通过研发使用《特勤人员健康信息管理系统》,为军队各级卫生机关、特勤医疗(疗养)机构和体系部队聚焦特勤部队官兵,实施联合一体化保障搭建信息化的管理平台。结果该系统主要包括人员基本情况、体检、预防接种、诊疗、航空(海)生理训练等8大信息管理模块、37项操作功能,基本涵盖了特勤卫生保障工作内容。结论系统对于准确掌握特勤保障需求、客观分析特勤保障规律、把握保障任务重点、改进实际保障举措和辅助筹划决策,提供信息化管理手段。Objective To develop the health information management system of the special-service staff.Results The management system was consisted of 8 manage modules,such as staff＇s basic information,health exam and treat information et al..There are 37 operational functions in the system which has covered all special-service the management stage.Conclusion With the management system,we can understand the needs and find the emphasis of special-service,analyze the rule of special-service and improve the effects of special-service decision-making.
