面向医学保障的医院物资与经费信息集成管理

摘　　要：随着医学科技水平的迅速发展,医院使用医疗物资的数量和种类迅速增加。针对医院物资与经费管控中存在的诸多问题,本文提出并实践建立面向医学保障的医院物资与经费信息集成管理体系。按照物资采购预测、库存评估、在线调控三个维度,利用现代网络、条形码、射频等技术,结合供应链、目标管理、电子数据交换、业务流程重组等管理系统控制技术和思想,从高效保障患者,提高医疗服务安全、解决民众"看病贵"出发,实现向上为医院领导层提供决策支持、向外与外部供应链对接、向下延伸到信息系统具体患者的三个目标。With the rapid development of medical science level, the number and type of medical supplies used in hospitals is increasing rapidly. Aiming at solving the problems in the hospital material and expenditure management, the author proposes to establish medical - security - oriented hospital material and expenditure information integration management system, which is formed of three dimensions as the materials purchasing forecast, inventory assessment, and on - line control, and the technologies are applied including modem network technology, bar code technology, and radio-frequency identification （RFID） technology, etc. , and the management systems control technologies and ideas are adopted as combining supply chain, target management, electronic data interchange （EDI）, business process reengineering（BPR） and other. Also the targets of the system are set as effective patient protection, improvement of medical services safety, and settlement of ＂expensive medical bills＂. With the system three design goals are realized of providing upward decision support for hospital leaders, docking with external supply chain with outward and extending to the specific patient from downward.
