摘　　要：医疗纠纷及诉讼案件日趋增加,严重损害医患双方的利益,使医患关系愈渐紧张。本文旨在说明医疗纠纷的产生原因,阐述在校医学生医疗纠纷教育的现状与医疗纠纷防范关口前移的重要性与必要性,并提出一些防范建议。The medical dispute and litigation cases are increasing currently,which have damaged the interests of both doctors and patients seriously.In this article the author analyze the causes of medical disputes,as well as the status of medical risk prevention education of students in the school and the importance and necessity of prevention to medical tangle in advance.At last,some opinions were put forward.
