摘　　要：科研伦理价值观是指导科研人员科研动机和科研行为的价值意识,对科研诚信起到重要的作用。在三级医院应当根据不同的科研人员群体,搭建不同的科研伦理价值观培育平台,并最终成为一套立体的培育体系,引导科研人员树立正确的科研伦理价值观。Research ethics values can guide research motivation and actions of scientific research people,which is one of the key point that affecting research honest.In tertiary hospitals,cultivation platform of scientific research ethics values should be built according to different kinds of scientific research people and finally leads to a cultivation system,which can guide scientific research people to build correct ethic intentions.
