摘　　要：目的为提高科技查新工作质量,保证查新工作的顺利进行提供参考。方法针对查新项目工作环节特点对存在的相关问题进行分析和探讨。结果只有做好充分准备,规范行为,严格标准化流程才能真正保证查新的工作质量,为军队医药卫生科研工作提供准确的客观依据。结论科技查新是科研管理和学术评估的一个重要环节,保证查新工作质量尤为重要。Objective To improve the quality of sci-tech novelty search technology and ensure the implementation of the work smoothly.Methods The characteristics and the problems of the search work were discussed.Results We can ensure the good quality of work by madding preparedness well,standardizing the behavior and process strictly,with which to provide accurate objective basis.Conclusion Novelty search is an important link of scientific research management and academic evaluation,so we should take measures to ensure the quality of this work.
