摘　　要：目的探讨胫骨平台骨折合并半月板破裂手术治疗效果。方法本组手术治疗胫骨平台骨折53例,其中合并半月板破裂21例。根据骨折类型、主要骨折块与塌陷部位选择切口,术中采用"L"型、高尔夫型钢板固定,对半月板破裂在红区或红白区予以缝合或粘合,对白区破裂给予部位切除成形。结果本组53例,随访9～25个月,采用Rasrmussen评分标准评定临床疗效,结果优25例,良21例,可5例,差2例,优良率86.79%。结论胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗根据骨折类型而定,其疗效取决于关节面平整、下肢力线和关节韧带骨组织连续性的恢复,骨折压缩部位复位后骨缺损必须植骨,有效固定,并适时早期功能锻炼,对半月板破裂者,应给予修复或成形,不给予切除。Objective To study the fracture of tibial plateau with meniscus rupture operation treatment. Methods The operation for the treatment of tibial plateau fracture in 53 cases,which merged with the meniscus rupture in 21 cases,according to the type of fracture,fracture and subsidence area main block selection of incision,intraoperative use ＂L＂ type,golf type plate fixation,the meniscus rupture in red or red zone to the sewing or bonding,white zone rupture to part resection. Results In all 53 cases,followed up for 9~25 months,Rasrmussen standard clinical efficacy was evaluated,the results were excellent in 25 cases,good in 21 cases,not bad in 5 cases,poor in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 86.79%. Conclusion Fractures of the tibial plateau fractures treated by operation depends on the types.Its efficacy depends on whether the joint surface is flat,the axial alignment of the lower extremity joints and ligaments to bone tissue conuity recovery.Bone defects after fracture compression position reset must be effectively fixed,timely early function exercise.Meniscus rupture should be repaired or forming and it should not be given resection.
