输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石临床体会(附38例报告)

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法经尿道插入输尿管镜入输尿管内,直视下采用气压弹道碎石机对38例输尿管结石进行碎石治疗。结果 34例均原位碎石成功,成功率89%。手术时间20～90 min,平均30 min。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石成功率高,疗效确切、创伤小、手术时间短,是治疗输尿管中、下段结石一种安全有效的方法。Objective To investigate the ureteroscopic pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods In ureteroscope under direct vision,38 cases of ureteral stones using lithotripsy machine for lithotripsy. Results 34 cases of in situ rock success,the success rate of 89%,operation time 20-90 minutes,an average of 30 minutes. Conclusion Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy mightbe have high success rate,good effect,little litrauma,short surgery time.The method is a safe and effective method in the treatment of middle and lower ureteral stone.
