抗过敏疗法治疗双硫仑样反应55例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察抗过敏疗法治疗双硫仑样反应的临床效果。方法选用我院急诊发病的双硫仑样反应的病人110例,随机分为两组:两组经统计学分析差异无显著性,具有可比性,常规治疗组:给予保肝、醒酒、纳洛酮、大量补液等对症治疗;抗过敏治疗组:在上述治疗基础上加用抗过敏药物治疗,主要有:非那根、地塞米松、氢化可的松。结果抗过敏治疗组的显效率及总有效率均明显高于常规治疗组,经统计学比较差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论应用抗过敏疗法治疗双硫仑样反应效果显著,抢救成功率高,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of anti-allergy therapy in the treatment of disulfiram-like reaction.Methods 110 cases of emergency disulfiram-like reaction in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups have no significant difference by statistical analysis and comparable.The conventional treatment group： hepatoprotective,sober up,symptomatic treatment of naloxone,a lot of fluid;anti-allergy treatment groups： allergy treatment on the basis of the above treatment： phenergan,dexamethasone,hydrocortisone pine.Results The markedly effective rate and the total effective rate of anti-allergy treatment group was significantly higher than the conventional treatment group,there is a significant difference statistically（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of anti-allergy therapy have significant effect in the treatment of disulfiram-like reaction,the survival rate is high,and it is worthy of promotion.
