高压氧综合治疗病毒性脑炎患儿智力、记忆及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧(HBO)对病毒性脑炎患儿智力、记忆力及免疫功能的影响。方法选择2006-07～2010-06间,在我院确诊为病毒性脑炎的患儿50例,分为高压氧治疗组(HBO组)和常规治疗对照组,每组各25例,同时设健康组25例。记录HBO组和对照组症状、体征变化、治疗前后抽血检测CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgAI、gM水平,根据长谷川智力量表(HDS)、龚氏修订韦氏记忆测验(WMS)评分。结果与常规对照组比较,HBO组症状、体征恢复较快(P<0.05),高压氧组治疗后CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgAI、gM水平均较对照组和健康组降低(P<0.05),记忆商数(MQ)、HDS得分均有显著提高,HBO组得分高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 HBO治疗能促进患儿受损智力、记忆力的恢复,缩短病毒性脑炎患儿的病程,减少后遗症;同时,也可引起患儿免疫功能抑制。Objective To observe the hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） on the intelligence,memory and immune function of children with viral encephalitis. Methods From 2006-07 to 2010-06,50 cases of child viral encephalitis in our hospital were divided into the hyperbaric oxygen therapy group（HBO group） and conventional treatment control group.25 cases per group,at the same time set up a healthy group of 25 cases.Record the symptoms,physical signs,CD4,CD8 and ratio of CD4/CD8 and IgG,IgAI,gM levels before and after treatment.The score based on Hasegawa Intelligence Scale（HDS） and Gong′s revised Wechsler Memory Scale（WMS） score. Results Compared with the normal control group,the symptoms,signs in HBO group recovery faster（P0.05）,after hyperbaric oxygen treatment,CD4,CD8,ratio of CD4/CD8 and IgG,IgA,IgM level were lower than in the control group and the healthy group（P0.05）,and memory quotient（MQ） HDS scores are significantly improved.HBO group scoring higher the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）. Conclusion HBO therapy can promote the children with impaired intelligence and memory recovery,and shorten the course of viral encephalitis,reduce sequelae;also can cause the suppression of immune function in children.
