菌血症患者血脂水平变化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨常见细菌感染引起的菌血症患者的血脂水平变化的临床意义。方法以正常健康体检人群为对照,用化学比色法检测大肠杆菌菌血症组、肺炎克雷伯氏菌肺炎亚种菌血症组和其它细菌菌血症组的总胆固醇(Tch)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)和载脂蛋白B(ApoB);用激光扫描法检测中性粒细胞(NEU)水平。结果菌血症的中性粒细胞(NEU)数较正常对照组显著增加,菌血症的Tch、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C和ApoA均较正常对照组显著下降,菌血症与对照组间ApoB无显著性差异;大肠杆菌组、肺炎克雷伯氏菌肺炎亚种组和其它细菌组之间的NEU、Tch、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA和ApoB水平,均无显著性差异。结论菌血症患者血脂水平显著下降,大肠杆菌组、肺炎克雷伯氏菌肺炎亚种组和其它细菌组之间的血脂水平无显著性差异。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of lipid levels changes in bacteremia caused by com- mon bacterial infections. Methods The patients with bacteremia were divided into colibacillemia group, Klebsiel- la pneumoniae pneumonia group, pneumonia subspecies bacteremia group and other bacterial bacteremia group, and normal healthy people were as control. To detect total cholesterol （Tch） triglyeeride （TG）, high density lipo- protein cholesterol （ HDL - C）, low - density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C）, apolipoprotein A （ of ApoA） and apolipoprotein B （ApoB） with chemical colorimetric detection ; the level of neutrophils （NEU） by laser scanning. Results The NEU number of bacteremia group compared with normal control group increased significantly. The level of Tch, TG and HDL- C, LDL- C and ApoA in Bacteremia group compared with normal control group de- creased significantly. Between baeteremia group and control group, ApoB has no significant difference; The levels of NEU, Tch, TG, HDL- C, LDL- C, ApoA and ApoB among colibacillemia group, Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia group, pneumonia subspecies bacteremia group and other bacterial bacteremia group had no significant difference. Conclusion The lipid levels in bacteremia patients were significantly decreased. There are no signifi- cant differences in lipid levels among colibacillemia group, Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumonia group, pneumonia subspecies bacteremia group and other bacterial baeteremia group had no significant difference.
