选择性乳腺导管造影对乳头溢液性疾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺导管造影方法及其对乳头溢液的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院36例乳头溢液患者,对符合入组标准的患者乳腺导管造影后行钼靶摄像,经2名放射医师诊断,行外科手术治疗,且均与病理检查结果相对比,对比数据进行统计学分析。结果本组收集病例中,血性乳头溢液19例;浆液性乳头溢液13例;浆液性血性乳头溢液3例;黏液性乳头溢液1例。36例乳头溢液中,病理符合33例,诊断符合率为91.67%。结论乳腺导管造影对非哺乳期乳头溢液是较好的选择,且诊断准确率高。Objective To investigate the the galactography method and its diagnostic value for nipple discharge. Methods A retrospective analysis of 36 cases of hospital patients with nipple discharge.Patients met inclusion criteria underwent mammography imaging after galactography.The Diagnosis was by two radiologists and the patients underwent surgical treatment.The data compared with pathological results were statistically analyzed. Results Bloody nipple discharge was 19 cases;13 cases of serous nipple discharge;3 cases of serous bloody nipple discharge;mucinous nipple in one case.36 cases of nipple discharge complies with 33 cases in which pathological diagnosis was 91.67%. Conclusion Galactography is a good choose for non-lactating nipple discharge,and has high diagnostic accuracy rate.
