摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2009-06～2011-08间,我院妇产科宫外孕住院病人的超声检查结果,分析诊断方法及误漏诊原因。结果本组130例中,确诊123例,诊断符合率94.6%,以附件包块型为最多见;漏诊4例;误诊3例。结论经阴道超声检查,做为一种无创的检查手段,诊断宫外孕的灵敏度高。Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysisthe ultrasound test results of ectopic pregnancy in-patients from June 2009 to August 2011.Analysis of diagnostic methods and mistakenly missed the reason.Results 130 cases confirmed 123 cases,the diagnosis rate of 94.6%.The most common typeis adnexal masses;missed 4 cases,3 cases were misdiagnosed.Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasound as a noninvasive screening tool has high sensitivity in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
