摘　　要：医疗安全是医院管理的第一要素,是提高医疗服务质量的前提和最基本要求。降低患者风险需要全面调动与医疗安全相关的公民力量。本研究依照医疗卫生行业的特点,从"患者参与"、"不安全的人为操作"、"不安全行为的先兆"、"不安全行为的监督管理"、"组织影响力"五个方面探讨医疗组织管理框架内患者安全风险的主要因素,并进行权重排序,以期为医疗卫生管理者建立患者安全策略管理,并推动患者安全工作提供参考与借鉴。Medical safety is the most important factor for the hospital management,and is the precondition for promoting medical quality.Reducing patient risk needs full participation.According to the features of medical industry,main factors influencing patient safety were discussed from 5 aspects,namely,patient participation,unsafely operation,sign of unsafely behavior,regulation of unsafely behavior and organization.And the 5 factors were resorted according to the weight to give references for establishing patient management strategy and promoting patient management.
