摘 要:目的:了解公立医院院长对院长职业化的态度与认知,为医院院长职业化建设提供可借鉴的参考依据和合理化建议。方法:在山东省内按照东、中、西部地区进行分层抽样,共计对30家医院的院长、副院长进行问卷调查,了解个人、医院的基本情况及其对公立医院院长职业化的态度认知。结果:院长职业化的管理理念在一定程度上已经被院长们所认可。74.26%的调查对象认为经管理培训后的临床专家更加适合担任医院院长,提出职业化院长急需提升的能力和阻碍院长职业化实现的因素。结论:职业化院长的最佳成长模式为"医学专业毕业-临床工作-医院管理工作-医院管理专业培训-职业院长"。此外,应加强院长经营管理能力的培训,建立健全相关政策与制度,推动医院院长职业化发展。Objectives: To learn the attitude and cognition of the public hospital directors on the specialization management and give evidence and rational recommendations on director specialization management reform in public hospital.Methods: 30 directors or deputy directors in eastern,central and western in Shandong province were selected by method of stratified sampling to receive a survey in Shandong province in accordance with the eastern,central and western regions,conduct a survey on their attitude and cognition of the specialization management.Results: The specialization management philosophy has been recognized by the public hospital directors in a certain extent.74.26% of those polled said that clinical expert after management training is more suitable to be the hospital directors.Capacities that a specialization director should be improved and factors which influence the course of director specialization reform have been discussed.Conclusions: The best growth mode for the public hospital specialization directors is medical graduate-clinical work-hospital management-hospital management training-professional directors.Furthermore,professional director’s operation capacity need to be strengthened and relative policies also need to be improved to push specialization management reform course.
