“科室托管科室”方式在托管医院管理中的探索与实践

摘　　要：当前国内关于托管医院的研究,多集中在托管模式的构建上,而对托管后医院具体管理方式的研究则少有论及。本文在对广州市某大型公立医院托管企业医院的案例进行研究后发现,采取"科室托管科室"的管理方式对托管医院进行管理,可以较快提升托管医院技术水平和业务量,同时还对这种管理方式的影响因素和不足之处进行了初步探讨。Current study about hospital trusteeship in China places more attention on its pattern than specific processes of management under trusteeship.Based on case study of an enterprise hospital under public hospital trusteeship in Guangzhou,great enhancement of medical skills level and rapid increases of medical services volume can be observed after applying the model of department level trusteeship,which then is further explored from aspects of the influencing factors and its potential weakness.
