公安现役院校研究生管理路径探析

摘　　要：公安现役院校研究生管理是公安现役院校研究生培养教育的关键环节和基础工程,其管理水平的高低直接影响研究生的培养质量。而提高公安现役院校研究生的管理水平,管理路径的选择又至关重要。当前,公安现役院校研究生管理路径的选择要关注五个方面:依靠制度,实施规范管理;宽严相济,实施人性管理;明确分工,实施责任管理;抓住重点,实施科学管理;多措并举,实施合作管理。The quality of the graduate management directly relates to the graduate education in the military academy. The choice of the management is very important to improve the quality of graduate management. In the current, the choice of the management focuses on four aspects ： the implementation of the strict management system ; the clear division of management work, defining the management responsibility; paying special attention to specific work, eliminating hidden dangers in management; the close coordination in management.
