摘　　要：肘关节脱位合并肱骨处髁骨折较少见。本文报告新鲜损伤经闭合复位21例效果较好;2个月以上陈旧性损伤经手术复位4例均遗留功能障碍。本损伤可遗留肘内翻或外翻畸形。The dislocation of the elbow with lateral condylar fracture of humerus is a rare injury,21 cases with this fresh injury obtained satisfactory result after closed reduc- tion.The result of 4 cases with old injury over 2 months by were poor affer open reduction and the function of the elbow was disturbed.This injury usually caused residual varus and valgus of the elbow.
