摘　　要：联邦党人文集提出了美国立宪所追求的各项目标，论证了共和政体是实现这些目标的必要选择。本文以研究《联邦党人文集》中的政府权力配置与平衡问题为主线，对《联邦党人文集》进行梳理，归纳分析有关政府组织权力配置与平衡的观点，进而从对政府权力的来源和控制、联邦政府与州政府权力的纵向平衡以及政府内部权力的横向平衡三方面进行简要分析。The Federalist Papers set some goals of the new constitution, demonstrating that republic is necessary to realize them. Based on the research of The Federalist Papers, this article regards government power-disposing and balancing as the main line, concluding and analyzing related viewpoints and then presents a brief analysis in three ways ... the source of the government power and how to control it, longitudinal balance between the federal government and the states and horizontal balance between legislative power, executive power and judicial powers.
