醒脾养儿颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗儿童特应性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察醒脾养儿颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗儿童特应性皮炎疗效。方法:收治特应性皮炎伴胃肠炎患儿82例,采用随机原则分为两组,治疗组42例给予醒脾养儿颗粒、复方甘草酸苷治疗:对照组40例给予复方甘草酸苷治疗。结果:治疗组有效率83.33%,对照组有效率62.5%,经统计学处理,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脾养儿颗粒联合复方甘草酸苷治疗儿童特应性皮炎优于单独使用复方甘草酸苷,大大提高了疗效。Objective：To observe the Xingpiyang＇ er particles combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis. Methods：the random principle of grouping,42 cases in the treat- nent group were given Xingpiyang＇ er particles, Compound Glycyrrhizin therapy ;40 cases in the control group given Compound Glyeyrrhizin in the treatment. Results： The effective rate the treatnent group was 83. 33% , the control group was 62. 5%. According to statistics, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Xingpiyang＇ er particles combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis is better than use of Compound Glycyrrhizin alone, greatly improving the curative effect.
