超声诊断泌尿系结核65例

摘　　要：目的:探讨泌尿系结核的声像图特征及分型。方法:分析65例经超声及相关检查以及临床、病理证实的泌尿系结核患者资料。结果:泌尿系结核的超声声像图表现与病理改变密切相关。超声表现为不同程度的肾盂积水,肾盂管壁、输尿管壁及膀胱壁增厚,僵硬,内部液体透声差;肾实质内杂乱回声,部分呈类团块样改变,散在点状、斑片状钙化;肾萎缩、自截等。结论:超声对肾结核的诊断有重要参考价值。Objective：To investigate the sono- gram characteristics and somatotype of urinary tract tuberculosis. Methods：The materials of 65 patients who suffered from urinary tract tuberculosis were studied. Results： There were closed relationship between the sonogram of urinary tract tuberculosis and pathology. The sonogram of urinary tract tuberculosis showed that there was different degree hydrops in pelvis, the wall of pelvis, urinary bladder and ureter which showed inflexible became more thicker, its sonolucen- cy was poor, there was tanglesome echo in renal parcnchyma , some part of which showed the change like crumb with diffused distributions of punctuate and pathy calcification;atrophy and suicide of kidney were seen in some sonogram of urinary tract tuberculosis. Conclusions： This study shows that there is important reference in the diagnose of urinary tract tuberculosis by ultrasound.
