摘　　要：挤扩支盘成型机是用于挤扩多支盘砼灌注桩施工的一种新型设备 ,其成桩机理是靠高压能量的油泵推动油缸活塞运动而工作的。所施工的支盘桩为一种不等截面桩 ,与等截面桩相比 ,单个支盘的承载力为原桩的 6 2 5倍。介绍了其主要技术参数、施工工艺流程、成桩特点及应用方法。The extruder is a new equipment applied to constructing multistage disk pile hole by extruding and expanding. The disk pile constructed by the extruder is a variablecross section pile. Loadcarrying capacity of singledisk pile is 6.25 times that of uniform cross section. The main technique parameters, constructing process, features and application of the pile are introduced in this paper.
