摘　　要：从大学走向社会是人生的重大转折点，只有早准备早规划，才能消除困惑，勇往直前。本文分析了对大学生开展职业规划教育的必要性与可行性，引导学生尽量早地确立个人职业定位和规划，更为深入、准确地认识自己，帮助学生更合理地设计大学四年的学习生活．从而为将来就业做准备。。From the college into society is life’s great turning point,only early preparation early planning,can eliminate confusion,go forward.This paper analyzes on freshman developing vocational education of planning working method,guides the student to try to establish personal career early positioning and planning,more in-depth and accurately understanding to ourselves,to help students more reasonably design four-year study life,to future employment preparation.
