摘 要:离心雾化是目前国际上普遍认为获得均匀细雾滴的最适宜方式,应用时不仅能达到有效防治卫生害虫,而且不会对周围环境造成污染。笔者设计了背负式高速电动离心雾化喷雾器,介绍了喷雾器的工作原理以及药箱、底箱、喷杆、喷头以及电路控制的设计过程。该机器的特色主要在于方便携带;药液喷洒均匀;还可以调节电机转速,保证药液的喷洒适合作业环境。该项设计为喷雾机及一系列的植保机械的多样化、小型化的发展奠定了基础。Centrifugal spraying is the most suitable ways of obtaining uniform droplets in international. Though the atomization way applied in antiepidemic place, the spray can get the effective cover, and also can reduce the harmless of solution to the environment that we live. The paper describles the design process of the knapsack high-speed electric centrifugal atomizing sprayer and working principle and something about the relevant parts instructions in detail, such as solution box, turntable edges, solution pole, nozzle and circuit controller and so on. The spray is convenient to carry; the machine sprays solution uniformly. Also it could adjust the speed of motor,ensuring solution adapt to the environ- ment . The design has established the foundation for the spray machine and a series of diversification.
