摘  要:目的应用脑室液撞击模型研究海马及丘脑区神经细胞凋亡。方法观察该模型动物各种病理生理学改变及HE、TUNEL染色后海马丘脑区光镜下改变。结果在病死率、伤后生命体征改变、伤后意识恢复时间的比较中轻、中、重伤组存在显著性差异,HE染色显示伤后早期海马、丘脑区出现出血坏死等病理改变,TUNEL染色显示各损伤组海马、丘脑区出现神经元凋亡改变。结论创伤性脑损伤中获取一定能量的脑室液对室周结构的撞击力可以对侧脑室周边的结构造成明显的损害及产生一系列病理生理的变化。Objective To investigate the apoptosis in the regions of hippocampal and thalamen- cephalon by using an impacting model of ventricular fluid. Methods The pathophysiological changes after varies power of impacting were measured. After HE and TUNEL stained, the changes in the regions of hippocampal and thalamencephalon were obsevered under light microscope. Results The mortality, the physiological responses and the recovery times after imact were significantly different in each injury group. Necrosis could be found in the regions of hippocampal and thalamencephalon after HE stained. TUNEL staining showed the apoptosis in the regions of hippocampal and thalamencephalon. Conclusion The ventricular fluid which have obtained some power in the process of cerebral trauma can damage the periventricular structure and produce a series of pathophysiological changes.
