摘　　要：目前拨号上网有两种模式,一种是传统的ADSL,另一种则是基于LAN的拨号。虽然他们的本质是相同的,都是通过以太网的PPPoE协议,但后者处于一个共享的广播环境中,安全性及其稳定性显然就要大打折扣了。传统的ADSL通过调制解调器,实现以太网数据和电话信号的转换,每条电话都是独立的,因此每个用户都处于独立的局域网中。和电信不同的是,网通并非通过电话线传输数据,而是每户直接接入网线,并以LAN为基础接入到城域网中。这种基于LAN模式的接入,在带来更大的带宽的同时,也存在着不少的安全隐患。本文根据PPPoE的特点,分析这种协议存在哪些安全隐患,利用这些缺陷如何设计并实现一个嗅探器。There are two Dial-up Networking ways today,one is the traditional ADSL, the other is LAN-based dial-up. Although their essence is the. same, they both using PPPoE protocol, but the latter is in a shared broadcast environment, security and stability is clearly being reduced. Traditional ADSL conversion packet data to telephone by modem,because each phone is independented, user is independent of the LAN. Today, in addition to telecommunications access, the CNC is also gradually rising whose telecommunications is different.Neteom does not transmit data over telephone lines, but by the direct netting twines access to per household, and LAN- based access to the metropolitan area neiwork. LAN-based mode of access, in despite of greater bandwidth, has many security risks. According to the characteristics of PPPoE, we analyze the security risks of such an agreement, what benefits we can get, and how to prevent the hidden troubles. At last we develop a sniffer to illustrate the process.
