摘　　要：分析阐述了组织气候的概念,归纳图书馆组织气候的含义,并提出深入调查图书馆员工的心理需求和共同愿景,提升员工的满足感,使馆员树立积极正确的价值观;以现代图书馆理念为指导,营造现代图书馆的管理风格;确立积极有效的沟通路径,有效的解决与处理组织冲突,发展良好的人际关系等营造现代图书馆组织气候的策略。Analyses the notion of the organization climate, summarizes the meaning of library organization climate,and puts forwards strategies with creating a modem library organization climate, that is, further investigating the library staff and psychological needs of shared vision;improving staff satisfaction;making librarians adopt positive values;in the guidance of modem library idea, creating a modem library management style;establishing effective communication path and effective solutions to the group conflicts and developing good interpersonal relationship.
