摘　　要：研究了含硫芳香族 (苯磺酰基环烷烃甲酸酯 )化合物对发光菌的毒性与其拓扑指数之间的定量关系 ,相关性良好 。An approach based on the molecular topology is used to study the relationship between toxicity to photoluminescence bacteria of sulfur containing aromatic compounds and its molecular structure,and a quantitative relation is developed which can be used to characterize the structure toxicity relationship and to predict the toxicity to photoluminescence bacteria of sulfur containing aromatic(Phenylsulfonyl cycloalkane carboxlates)compounds.The results calculated show that predicted data.
