开放TEP术治疗腹股沟疝52例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结开放式完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)的初步经验及临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009年5月～2011年9月采用开放式TEP治疗成人腹股沟疝52例的临床资料,其中单侧腹股沟斜疝39例,双侧腹股沟疝4例,单侧腹股沟直疝6例,股疝3例,均为初发疝。结果手术均获成功,手术时间30～60min,平均40min住院时间3～7d,平均4.5d。术后并发症2例,占3.8%,1例出现血清肿,1月后自行吸收,1个例局部慢性疼痛2个月,随访6个月～2年,无复发。结论开放式完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术是一种操作比较简便、相对经济、恢复工作快、术后慢性疼痛发生率低的无张力疝修补术,同其他疝修补术相比优势明显,具有很高的推广价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical safety and efficiency of opening totally extraperitoneal hernioplasty （TEP） . Methods The clinical materials of 52 eases of inguinal hernia undergoing opening TEP from May 2009 to September 2011 were retrospectively analysed. Results All patients were successfully cured.Operation time were 30 to 60 minutes （averages 40mins）, and hospital stay were 3-7 days. Neither serious operative complications nor recurrence were seen at the follow- up 6 months to 2 years. Conclusion Opening TEP inguina 1 hem ia repair is worth to be popularized for it is less trauma, low cost, safe, easy to operate, low recurrence rate and less postoperative complications.
