阿托伐他汀联合依那普利对高血压合并左心室肥厚患者心电图的逆转作用

摘　　要：目的探讨运用阿托伐他汀联合依那普利治疗高血压合并左心室肥厚患者后心电图的逆转作用。方法选取在本院治疗的的120例高血压合并左心室肥厚的患者。分析患者治疗前后心电图、血压及左心室的变化情况。结果患者心电图未提示左心室肥厚的有105例,占87.5%,与治疗前比较,χ2=119.73,P<0.01。患者收缩压、舒张压治疗前后变化比较,t=18.17、t=27.89,P均<0.05。患者经超声心动图检查发现左心室质量指数(LVMI)、左心室后壁舒张期厚度(LVPWd)、室间隔厚度(IVSd)指标治疗前后比较,t=8.13、t=7.51、t=4.70,P值均<0.05。结论运用阿托伐他汀联合依那普利治疗高血压合并左心室肥厚患者,其对心电图和左心室肥厚的逆转效果较好,值得临床应用。Objective To discuss the reversion function of Atorvastatin combined with Enalapril on electrocardiogram in patients with high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of hypertension patients combined with left ventricular hypertrophy in our hospital were selected,the changes of electrocardiogram,blood pressure and left ventricle before and after treatment were analyzed.Results The electrocardiogram of patients showed that there were 105 cases with left ventricular hypertrophy,accounted for 87.5%,compared with before treatment,the difference was significant（χ2 = 119.73,P 0.01）.The systolic pressures and diastolic pressures before and after treatment were compared,and the differences were significant（t = 18.17,t = 27.89,P 0.05）.Echocardiography detection showed that LVMI,LVPWd and IVSd were compared before and after treatment,and the differences were significant（t = 8.13,t = 7.51,t = 4.70 respectively,P 0.05）.Conclusion The reversing effect of Atorvastatin combined with Enalapril on electrocardiogram and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
