摘　　要：目的总结胃肠道间质瘤的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)影像学表现,提高对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的16例胃肠道间质瘤患者的MSCT资料。结果 16例患者中,病灶位于空肠10例,位于回肠4例,位于空回肠交界处2例;单发10例,多发6例。6例GIST肿瘤呈类圆形或椭圆形,边界清,密度均匀4例,瘤内片状低密度及点状钙化各1例;4例GIST肿瘤呈分叶状或不规则形,边界欠清,密度均匀2例,不均匀2例;6例GIST肿瘤呈分叶状、不规则形,分界不清,单发4例,多发2例,瘤内多发不规则低密度3例,局限性低密度区2例,瘤内点状钙化1例。肿瘤动脉期瘤体均明显强化,静脉期持续强化。结论 MSCT可清晰显示肿瘤的大小、形态、密度、边缘及强化情况,对于胃肠道间质瘤的定位和提示诊断都具有非常高的价值。Objective To improve diagnostic level by summarizing the multi-slice CT （MSCT） comprehensive image features of gastrointestinal stromal tumor. Methods The multi-slice CT features of 16 patients with GIST confirmed by opera- tion and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Ten of the GIST were from the jejunum, 4 from the ileum, 2 from the junction of jejunum and ileum. Some cases appeared spherical or oval with well-defined margin, the others appeared slight lobulated or irregular with blurred margin, the density was homogenous or inhomogenous. Patchy low-density area was seen in some cases, 1 case appeared spotted calcification. Enhancement was evident in the arterial phase, then contin- uously enhanced in the vein phase. Conclusions MSCT can provide useful information of the tumors size, shape, density, margin and enhancement. Muhi-slice CT is effective in orientation and diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
