延续性护理干预对高血压患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨系统的护理干预对高血压患者血压控制效果和生活质量的影响。方法选择2009年1～6月接受治疗的高血压患者108例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各54例。对照组采用常规的高血压用药治疗和一般性的护理,研究组在此基础上,进行饮食、休息、运动、心理和疾病的认知等方面延续性系统的护理干预,比较实施前、后动态血压变化和生活质量的变化。结果干预后,研究组血压控制效果及生活质量得分均优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组干预后血压水平、生活质量的得分与干预前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组干预后生活质量得分高于干预前(P<0.05),高血压程度减轻(P<0.05)。结论系统的护理干预可有效降低高血压,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To discuss the influence on the systematic nursing intervention on blood pressure control effect in hypertensive patients and the quality of life. Methods One hundred and eight cases of hypertensive patients treated from January to June 2009 were selected and divided randomly into study group and control group, each group of 54 cases. A conventional high blood pressure medication treatment and a routine nursing were given to the patients in the control group. On this basis, the systematic nursing intervention including diet, rest, exercise, psychology and understanding of the disease were given to the patients in the study group. Then a comparison was made of the change of the ambulatory blood pressure and life quality before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores of the study group blood pressure control results and quality of life were higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. And after the inter- vention, comparing with before the intervention, control group blood pressure levels and quality of life scores tile difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）, while the score of quality of the study group life was higher （P 〈 0.05） and the hypertension all eviated （P 〈 0.05） after the intervention. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can lower the high blood pressure and enhance the quality of the patients life.
