摘　　要：详细介绍新形势下图书馆员应具备的职业素养,分析图书馆员职业素养的现状,提出提高馆员职业素养的途径,包括加强职业道德教育、加强岗位培训、积极参加学术会议等方面。The paper concretely introduces the vocational qualities that the librarians should have under the new situation,analyzes the current status,puts forward the ways to improve their vocational qualities,including strengthening professional ethics education,enhancing job training,participating in academic conferences actively,etc.
