经尿道电切治疗输尿管囊肿19例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电切(TUR)治疗成人输尿管口囊肿的临床疗效。方法采用TUR治疗成人输尿管口囊肿19例进行临床分析。结果 19例手术均一次成功,手术时间10～30min,随访6～36个月,效果良好。所有患者均未见术后大出血、囊肿复发、输尿管开口狭窄及返流等并发症。结论经尿道输尿管囊肿壁部分切除术是一种操作简单、手术时间短、创伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少、疗效确切的治疗手段。是目前治疗输尿管囊肿的首选方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of transurethral resection （TUR） for ureteroceles in a- dults. Methods Clinical analysis of 19 cases with ureteroeeles in aduts treated by TUR were conducted. Re- sults All of the 19 cases were cured after one operation. The median operation time was 10 - 80 min. During 6 to 36 months follow-up period, they got good results, without postoperative bleeding, cyst recurrence, or narrow ureteral orifice, bladder ureter reflux or any other complication. Conclusion The TUR has become the primary operative procedure for ureteroceles in aduts because of its advantages of simple operation, short operation time, minimal invasion, rapid recovery, and obvious curative effect.
