儿童过敏性紫癜的治疗及复发病例观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)的治疗及复发原因。方法:对82例小儿HSP的治疗及临床追踪观察。82例HSP患儿分为两组,加用肾上腺皮质激素为治疗组,未用激素为对照组,并对两组患儿治疗出院后分别在第1个月及第2个月内进行追踪观察。结果:肾上腺皮质激素治疗后患儿复发率高,而未用激素治疗的对照组复发率低,两组结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),结论:肾上腺皮质激素的应用可能是诱发过敏性紫癜复发的主要原因之一,临床中尚需继续探讨。Objective To explore the treatment and clinical observation of 82 eases of children with HSP from January 2006 to April 2008. Method Total 82 cases of children with HSP were divided into two groups. The children adding the adrenal cortex hormones were as the treatment group,those without hormones were as the control group. And the patients＇ treatment in the two groups within the first month and the second month discharged from hospital was observed, lResttlts The children in the treatment group had high relapse rate after treat ment,and the control group had low recurrence rate. The result of the two groups had significant difference. Conclusion The application of adrenal cortex hormones may be one of the main reasons which induce allergic purpura recurrence. Clinical exploration should still continue.
