伊春森林生态旅游开发管理问题研究

摘　　要：以伊春森林生态旅游为例,分析国内森林生态旅游开发管理中存在的具有普遍性的问题。在回顾生态旅游定义的基础上,从森林生态旅游的外延与内涵两方面,分析伊春森林生态旅游开发管理中存在的主要问题,认为伊春森林生态旅游外延开发管理失当,内涵体现不足,提出伊春必须建立内涵型生态旅游发展模式,以生态环境保护为基本思想,指导森林生态旅游资源与服务设施的开发管理,推动伊春森林生态旅游的可持续发展。Forest eeotourism in Yichun City was taken for example to analyze common problems in the forest ecotourism development and man- agement of China. By reviewing definition of ccotourism, major problems in the forest ecotourism development and management in Yichun City were analyzed from the perspectives of extension and connotation of forest ccotonrism. It was proposed that extension management for the local forest eeotourism was improper, and connotations were poorly demonstrated. A connotation-centered ecotourism development pattern was offered for Yichun, and eco-environment protection was taken as the basic principle to guide the development and management of forest ecotourism resources and service facilities, and to promote the sustainable development of forest ecotourism in Yichun.
