摘 要:为提高高速水稻插秧机栽插性能,以其分插机构支撑臂为研究对象,对其振动特性进行研究。利用PRO/E软件建立其三维模型,并利用有限元分析软件对其受力和振动模态进行分析,得出其6阶模态分析结果。研究结果表明:通过合理设计支撑臂结构,能够使其固有频率有效避开插植臂周期激励频率和整车频率,为分插机构结构设计和转速性能提高提供理论基础。In order to improve the planting performance of high-speed rice transplanter, the vibration characteristics of the supporting arm of its separating-planting mechanism were researched. A three-dimensional model of the supporting arm was built by the PRO/E software, and its stress and vibration mode were also analyzed by the finite element analysis software, and the 6-order mode analysis results were obtained. The study results indicate that the reasonable design on ann structure enable the natural frequency of the arm to effectively avoid the periodic exci- tation frequency of the implantation arm and the frequency of vehicle, which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of the separate planting mechanism and improving the performance of the revolving speed.
