内蒙古县域经济发展水平空间差异评价

摘　　要：采用《省级主体功能区划分技术规程》中经济发展水平指标的计算方法,计算出内蒙古2000～2009年县域经济发展水平,将其划分为经济发展水平超高值区域、高值区域、较高值区域、中值区域、较低值区域和低值区域,划分为2000～2004年、2005～2009年2个时段对县域经济发展水平空间差异进行评价。结果表明:时间上,大部分县区经济发展水平都有较大提高;空间上,经济发展水平的超高值区域主要分布于锡林郭勒盟、阿拉善盟和鄂尔多斯市的资源型县区,呼伦贝尔市的边境县区以及中部的包头市和呼和浩特市,而低值和较低值区域主要分布在东部的兴安盟、呼伦贝尔市、通辽市和赤峰市境内。对2009年县域经济发展水平空间差异评价反映出内蒙古生产力的空间分布与内蒙古的地理位置、资源状况、经济基础紧密相关。Ab Based on the measurement methods of economic development level in Technical Regulations for the Division of Provincial Primary Function Area, the county-level economic development level in Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2009 was measured, and the economic develop- ment level of Inner Mongolia was divided into six stages, including the extreme high value area, the high value area, the relative high area, the middle value area, the relative low value area and the low value area. As indicated by the results, from a time dimension, the economic development level of most counties greatly improved ; but from a spatial perspective, the extreme high value area was mainly distributed in Xi- linguole League, Alashan League and the resources-based counties in Erdos, the surrounding counties in Hulunbuir city, Baotou and Chifeng. While the low and relative low value areas were mainly distributed in the east area including Xingan League, Hulunbuir, Tongliao and Chifeng. The evaluation of the spatial difference of county economic development level in 2009 reflected that the productivity of Inner Mongolia was closely related to its geographic location, resources and economic status.
