摘　　要：目的:评价国产氨基酮戊酸-光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)的临床疗效方法:在维普数据库检索自2007年1月至2011年8月公开发表在《中华皮肤科杂志》、《临床皮肤科杂志》、《中国皮肤性病学杂志》和《中国麻风皮肤病杂志》关于国产ALA-PDT治疗CA的文章,对文章中的治疗方案、疗效和不良反应进行比较。结果:共33篇关于国产ALA-PDT治疗CA的文章。ALA-PDT单独治疗组及ALA-PDT联合物理治疗组的复发率均低于物理治疗组;不良反应发生率低结论:ALA-PDT治疗CA安全有效,复发率低。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect and safety of domestic ALA- PDT in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum （CA）. Methed： Articles published on four domestic journals of dermatology from January 2007 to August 2011 were reviewed regarding treatment options, clinical efficacy and adverse reaction, Results： Thirty - three articles on ALA - PDT in the treatment of CA were included. Recurrence rate in ALA - PDT treatment group and ALA - PDT plus physical treatment group were significantly lower than that in physical treatment group and side effects of ALA- PDT were relatively low. Conclusion： ALA- PDT is a safe and effective method with low recurrence in the treatment of CA.
