摘　　要：目的探讨多点环箍术治疗小儿颈内静脉扩张症(IJP)的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析15例IJP患儿的临床资料,左侧1例,右侧12例,双侧2例。根据病变静脉的长度,应用10号丝线4～6根绕扩张静脉一周,每根线相距1 cm左右。在结扎前放置直径1 cm左右的硅胶管做支架,结扎静脉后抽出支架管,保留颈静脉的通畅,并限制静脉扩张。结果 15例患儿均痊愈出院,随访10个月～5年,无复发。结论多点环箍术治疗IJP,保留了原静脉,减少并发症,操作简单,疗效满意,尤其适用于双侧病变。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and method of multipoint hoop treatment the internal jugular phlebec- tasia （IJP） in children. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 15 cases of internal jugular vein phleb- ectasia patients from August 2005 to October 2010. Surgical intervention confh-med the jugular veins involved 1 case on the left side, 12 cases on the right side and 2 cases bilateral. According to the length of the vein, there were 4 to 6 silk threads to go around the vein and each line was about 1 cm apart. Before the ligation, a 1 centimeter silicon tube bracket was placed around the internal jugular vein to keep it open and prevent it from over-dilatation. Results All of the children were discharged with healing, and were followed up for 10 months to 5 years without recurrence. Conclusion Multipoint hoop of phlebectasia might be a simple and comfortable procedure for jugular vein phlebecta- sia. It can maintain the normal flow inside the vessel, especially in bilateral cases.
